Our Admissions Process

At Wish Recovery, we understand that for many of our patients, this will be their first time in rehab. That is why we take pride in providing exceptional care to ensure every patient feels safe, comfortable, and, most importantly, at home. Our private rooms offer premium accommodations, while our amenities ensure you can relax and unwind between treatments and therapies.

Our admissions process has been carefully designed to reflect our attention to detail and commitment to quality care. We understand how difficult it can be to make that first call. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of comfort and support while delivering white-glove service throughout your stay. From admission to discharge and beyond, we will ensure you have everything you need to facilitate long-term recovery.
Your care, comfort, and success are always our top priorities.

What to Expect Before Your Arrival

Initial Admissions Assessment

The first phase of our admissions process is a complimentary consultation with our Admissions Specialist. During this call, we will assess your individual needs and identify the most appropriate level of care. We will also explain our services, accommodations, treatment programs, and cost structure. In many cases, these costs can be covered by insurance.

Comprehensive Admissions Assessment

Following your initial admissions assessment, we will complete a comprehensive evaluation that considers your medical and treatment histories. We are dual-diagnosis and will, therefore, identify any relevant co-occurring mental health conditions so that we can align our treatments and services to meet and address your individual needs.

Our Admission Specialist will coordinate your admission planning and will be there for you to assist you every step of the way so that you can relax and be assured of a smooth transition into treatment.

What to Expect Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, our Resident Specialists and medical team will be ready to welcome you and take you through our intake process.  Your safety and comfort are paramount from arriving and throughout your care.

Full Medical Assessment - Our Board Certified Internist and Addictionologist will conduct a thorough medical assessment. You will need to bring any medications you are currently taking with you.

Psychiatric Evaluation - Our Board Certified Psychiatrist, specializing in addiction medicine, will perform a full psychiatric assessment. This assessment will help us to develop a treatment plan that addresses any co-occurring mental health concerns.
